Benson participants will enjoy an afternoon of Black History through a cultural experience that includes art, music and cuisine.
A watershed representative will answer questions participants may have pertaining to their water bill etc.
Come dance the afternoon away, enjoying music from the Golden Era of Rock n’ Roll, 50’s and 60’s… Get your poodle skirts and dungaree jackets ready!!!

Benson participants will enjoy the popular Latin-dance inspired workout of Zumba at a modified, lower-intensity, yet fun pace designed for active older adults.
