This class is specifically designed for seniors, combining three different yoga practices: Hatha yoga/Asanas, Qui gong/Tai chi and Meditation & Mindfulness.
This class does not use mats or chairs
Note: This class may be held outdoors, except during inclement weather.
Class Capacity: Onsite 35; Virtual unlimited.
